One Swing

Thought provoking book. The negative is that it is a bit repetitive as the author explains 9 different swings and throws for both right-handers and left-handers. Since his main argument is that the swings and throws are all the same across each sport, I guess he should get a pass on this.
Despite the repetitiveness, this is really original and insightful. My son and I are in the process of trying to employ the framework to my golf and his baseball game. The bicycle analogy with gears and velocity gain is clear and helpful. The backswing analysis is great and alone worth buying the book, and the foot push off focus is spot on. I shoot 110 when I cheat in golf and have been going to the range and trying the backswing and push off suggestions and am pretty surprised by my progress.
