Answer to odd-numbered problems, starting with chapter three. Ch 1 & 2 not included.

As of 09 Feb 2017, when you click to see the preview of the solutions manual it will show a preview of the previous edition (6th) instead of the 7th. It clearly shows preview pages for chapters 1 and 2. However when you receive the book, it starts in chapter 3. I returned the book and requested a replacement and it was the same, so I returned the second one for a refund. At this point I don't know if that is how the 7th edition was prepared or if it was a bounding error when the book was put together. I guess one would have to contact the publisher to find out whether it was intentional or not. The first two chapters of the textbook have questions at the end of these chapters, not problems involving calculations. It might be possible that they opted to leave them out of the solutions manual, however, the preview shows them, which is very misleading. One more thing, for the rest of the solutions manual, don't expect to see solutions to all the problems. It only shows solutions to the odd-numbered problems. For me, it does not work, other people might still find it helpful.

Ordered this guide not because I wanted the solutions but ...

Ordered this guide not because I wanted the solutions but rather as a way to identify the questions of the 7th edition. I had a hard copy of the 5th edition and a soft copy of the 6th edition. Unfortunately, the coverage is not much more than the back of the book for either of the earlier editions, which would bother me if I ordered it for the solutions. In my case, I could not identify the questions of the 7th edition. I am considering sending it back.

Better than most useless manuals

In comparison to many student manuals that just list an answer and a page number if you want to know more, this manual goes through most of the confusing calculations. The manual covers all odd numbers. Program output graphs are displayed as well as the appropriate tables for the graphs.
1 star off because I have yet to find a solution manual that explains why each step is done, which, is kind of what a student needs in a solution manual. For the sake of copying answers, a student will just do exponentially worse on a test.
